Take some potatoes, microwave them, open them and put some butter over them with salt sprinkled. Then once this done, sprinkle cheese and bake again for a few minutes until cheese has melted.

This is something that doesn't require a lot of preparation if you are stuck for time. This is a healthy meal as opposed to going out and eating cheap burgers. Timing is the problem though in fulfilling the needs of all especially when arriving home late at night and there just is not enough time.

If you are in doubt, it is best to stick to what you can prepare. Those partaking can be fussy and it is not uncommon for panic to set in whilst thinking what will work and what will not. Most importantly, preparing food should not be a chore. It should be fun time where everyone gets a turn to help out.
